NOTE 1
An overvoltage equal to 1.5 *UN for 30 ms is permitted 1000 times during the life of the capacitor.
The amplitudes of the overvoltage that may be tolerated without significant reduction in the life time of the capacitor depend on their duration, the temperature.
In addition, these values assume that the overvoltage may appear when the internal temperature of the capacitor is less than 0 ,but within the temperature category.
